Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) will fit through doorways, staircases, and lifts. Product dimensions are available in the product descriptions on our website.

Delivery & Product Assembly Charges

Delivery and installation services apply only to furniture products and include unpacking, assembly, placement in your preferred room, and removal of packaging materials.

Product Types & Sizes – Delivery & Installation Fees

Small Items - $55

Includes items such as rugs, poufs, stools, table lamps, accessory holders, cushions, and storage boxes.

Medium Items - $85

Includes armchairs, dining and bar tables up to 200cm, dining chairs, coffee and side tables, standing lamps, wall mirrors, standing mirrors, shelves, and cabinets up to 120cm tall, as well as ottomans and benches.

Large Items - $150

Includes dining and bar tables between 200cm to 240cm, bedframes, sofas, shelves, and cabinets taller than 120cm.

Extra Large Items - $260

Includes dining and bar tables over 240cm, wardrobes, loft beds, library bookshelves, and other customized items exceeding 200cm in height.

Additional Services

Mounting Services - $70-$270

For wall mounting services (e.g. drilling nails for wall mirrors, wall art, wall shelves, bookshelves, shoe cabinets, loft beds, etc.), please contact us for a quotation.

Stairwell Access - $10-$20 per flight

If an item cannot fit into the lift and requires stairwell access, a surcharge applies due to additional manpower and time required for delivery:

• $10 per flight - for some medium sized items
• $20 per flight - for large and extra-large items

This charge applies to stairwell deliveries in HDB maisonettes, condominiums, penthouses, landed properties, and commercial buildings.
