Sales FAQs

1. Can I view the products or material samples in person?

We operate solely as an e-commerce platform. This allows us to keep our product prices lower for our customers. However, we do have collaborations to house our furniture (only specific references). Do Whatsapp us to arrange an appointment to view it.

Alternatively, we can also provide real life photos from past customers. Do Whatsapp us to ask for it!

2. Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Currently, we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia.

3. What is the lead time if I place an order today?

The estimated lead time is 4-6 weeks from the date of order. Please note that this is an estimate and may be affected by factors like freight delays, adverse weather, global pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

4. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a one-to-one exchange for items with major manufacturer defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges if an item does not match your preferred style, color, or theme.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayNow, iBanking, or credit card. We do not offer cash on delivery.

6. What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless we have agreed otherwise or you choose an installment option.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or making payment. Once 24 hours have passed, we are unable to process cancellations, as we start preparing your order immediately.

8. Is there a warranty for my item(s)?

All of our products come with a 6-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects only.

9. Can I customize my item?

While most of our products come in standard sizes, materials, and colors, we offer customization options for select items. Do Whatsapp us for enquires.

Delivery FAQs

1. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary based on the total value of your items. Delivery and assembly fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

If you order through another channel, our sales team will inform you of the delivery and assembly fees.

2. Can I combine two orders for delivery?

If your second order is placed within 14 days of the first, we can combine the delivery and assembly charges, as long as the second order doesn’t include large items such as bed frames or wardrobes. Both orders will be delivered in a single trip.

3. Can you store my items until I need delivery?

We offer warehousing services for up to 2 months. After 60 days, we charge a warehousing fee, which is based on the size of your items.

4. Do you offer furniture disposal during delivery?

Yes we do. Cost will charge separately. You may enquire about this once the sale is made.

5. What if I can't receive my item on the scheduled date?

Any changes to your delivery within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be accepted, and delivery may be rescheduled for the next available date.

6. What if my item doesn’t fit into the lift?

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us about the accessibility of their home. If your item is larger than 200 cm in any dimension, please notify us so we can assess whether stairwell access is needed. For large items like sofas, TV consoles, and bookshelves, we charge a fee of $20 per storey if stairwell access is required.

7. What if the item’s color, shape, or size is different upon delivery?

Please note that actual products may differ from photos due to photo enhancement. Variations in color, shape, size, grain, and texture are to be expected, particularly with natural materials like solid wood. Grains, cracks, and knots are natural occurrences and are not considered defects.

8. Can I request for a specific delivery date or time?

We will provide a delivery window 1-3 days before your delivery. As we serve different regions each day, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

9. Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we deliver from Monday to Sunday between 3 pm and 9 pm. We do not deliver on public holidays. Please inform Customer Service 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

10. Can I pick up my order myself?

Self-collection is available at our warehouse. However, for larger items, we recommend using third-party delivery services like Lalamove or Ninjavan, as they will need a van or lorry to transport the items.
