Return Policy

We are not responsible for any damages caused by your handling during self-collection.

If you receive an item in defective condition and report it to our team upon delivery, we will offer refurbishment for minor defects. For major defects, we provide a one-time replacement. Replacement items may take 3-4weeks for ready-made products and 4-7 weeks for custom-made orders.

Radical Homes reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return and may reject returns if the item is deemed unfit.

Cancellation Policy

As we work fast to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible, all orders are processed after 3 hours of your order placement or payment, no cancellations after payment is made unless the items you purchased is out of stock. A full refund will then be made to your account within 7 business days.
